These terms apply to your use of cadreamincharters.com, operated by Calidreamin Charters of Los Angeles, California. By using this website you agree to them.

1. What this website does

This website describes the private yacht charters we offer and lets you send us an enquiry. It does not take bookings or payments. Submitting the enquiry form does not reserve a date and does not create a contract. A charter is only confirmed when we have agreed the details with you directly and confirmed it in writing.

2. Prices

Rates shown are indicative and quoted in US dollars, excluding tax, fuel surcharges where they apply, gratuities and any optional extras. The price for your charter is the one in the written quote we send you.

3. Optional extras

Water toys, the jet tender and the private chef are optional and quoted separately. Their availability depends on sea and weather conditions on the day. If an extra cannot be supplied safely, it is removed from your charter and from your quote.

4. Safety and the captain's authority

Every charter is operated with a USCG-certified captain. The captain has final authority on all matters of navigation and safety, including the route, the schedule, and whether a charter proceeds at all. Guests must follow crew instructions at all times.

5. Weather and cancellation

Charters may be rescheduled or cancelled for weather, sea state or mechanical reasons. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in the written confirmation for your charter, and are agreed with you before any payment is made.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the conduct of your party and for any damage they cause. Illegal activity on board is not permitted. We may refuse boarding to anyone who is unfit to travel safely.

7. Content on this website

Text, photographs and design on this website belong to Calidreamin Charters or are used with permission, and may not be reproduced without our consent.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
